Contact Us: Our new project form is a great starting point to begin the collaborative process of learning about your landscape ideas and getting a better understanding of landscape features you might want to include in your landscape project.
Collaborate Ideas: This is where we begin to understand your project vision, or lack thereof and why you need a professional landscaper. It is perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed with all the information available today. You might not even know what landscape and hardscape features are on your wishlist. Our #1 goal at this point is to help you establish an accurate budget for your ideal outdoor space. Save all those Pinterest photos, inspirational photos, and send them over. Let’s have some fun and dream what is possible for your new landscape project.
Consultation at your home: This is the best way to evaluate the scope of the project so we can visualize your aspirations. During this consultation we will help bring together your landscape ideas, discuss industry trends, get firm price points for landscape features as we learn about your project. We discuss site challenges that can not be seen by email or phone. We even discuss alternative ideas if we feel we are not the right fit for your project.
During the initial consultation we decide on the next steps and date:
Do you even need a full design? Maybe we can save time and money with a simple sketch, paint, and some pictures. We can have a free estimate quickly with very little cost involved.
The project is pretty involved we need to spend more time establishing an accurate landscape construction estimate before we spend time delivering 2-D and 3-D Renderings.
Lets move forward with the design agreement and 3-D renderings enerally around 3% of estimated project costs
Creative Design and Construction Estimate We understand that a truly successful landscape design must be thoughtfully crafted with your specific budget in mind. Our goal is to create beautiful outdoor spaces that not only meet your aesthetic preferences but also align with your financial considerations.
Presentation of landscape design and landscape installation costs. Often times we will have samples of different products so you can start to get a feel for the project. Take you by past projects that could be similar to your project in scope or material if needed. Our past customers love showing off their outdoor spaces. Whatever it takes to help you get a feel for the products we can incorporate in your project.
Construction Timeline and Estimated Start Date: discussed at time of landscape design and estimate meeting
